Victory Intelligence is the on-device workspace: folders you grant, a local SQLite index, and optional talk to Spark on your network. It does not silently read your device.

Capture agreement

Nothing is captured until you select at least one route, at least one data type, and confirm. Defaults are empty. Unchecked routes and types are not used. You can review or refuse later.

Routes

Local folders you grant · workspace folder · Spark local network (optional) · local process (Mac) · Spark SSH (Mac). iPhone and iPad do not offer Mac-only routes; those tools fail closed.

Spark is optional

If you enable Spark network, chat and embeddings go to http://127.0.0.1:8787 (LiteLLM / Orchestra on your LAN). Victory Inc does not receive that traffic. File text is sent for embedding only if you also allowed folders and a content type.

Availability

iOS and macOS app, Apple ID 6801310780. The store listing is not publicly Ready for Sale yet (macOS 1.0 still needs Guideline 2.1 info; iOS is in review). Use TestFlight when invited. Do not treat this page as a live App Store download.
