Victory Intelligence · Effective August 13, 2026
This policy describes Victory Intelligence, a local-first macOS, iPhone, and iPad app from Victory Inc. It is written to match what the shipping app actually does. We do not operate a Victory Intelligence cloud account, analytics pipeline, or remote database for this app.
Short version
By default the app does not collect personal data. Nothing is captured until you accept a data capture agreement and choose at least one route and at least one data type. If you never enable Spark network, chat and file text stay on the device. Donate pages are not a capture route.
Who we are
Victory Inc publishes Victory Intelligence. Privacy: privacy@victoryinc.world. Support: support@victoryinc.world.
Data we do not collect
Victory Inc does not receive your files, chat, location, contacts, identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or advertising data from this app. There is no Victory Intelligence user account. Apple App Privacy should be treated as Data Not Collected for data we receive, because we do not receive it.
On-device storage
If you grant folders after agreeing, the app may catalog paths and extract text you allowed, and keep a local SQLite index under the app’s Application Support directory on that device. Security-scoped bookmarks remember folders you picked until you remove them or revoke the agreement. Refusing or clearing the agreement stops new capture; existing local files remain on the device until you delete the app or its data.
Capture agreement
The first-run screen (and later review) requires you to select routes and types before capture. Defaults are empty. Unchecked routes and types are not used. iPhone and iPad do not offer Mac-only routes (local process and Spark SSH); those tools fail closed there.
- Local folders you grant — walk trees you pick via the folder picker.
- Workspace folder — the IDE working folder for the file tree, editor, and agent file tools.
- Spark local network — optional. Chat completions and embeddings go to Spark at http://127.0.0.1:8787 (LiteLLM on your local network). File text is sent for embedding only if you also allowed folders and a content type.
- Local process (Mac) — zsh, Simulator, and xcodebuild as the signed-in user, inside granted scopes.
- Spark SSH (Mac) — SSH to a Spark host you configure.
Content types you can allow: folders, file catalog metadata, text documents, source code, PDF text extracted with PDFKit, structured data, and web markup. Binary PDFs are not uploaded as files; only extracted text is kept.
Spark network
Spark is software you run (typically on local hardware). When you enable that route, the app sends chat you type, and may send extracted file text for embeddings, to 127.0.0.1:8787. Victory Inc does not receive that traffic. If your Spark host is configured to forward elsewhere, that is outside this app and this policy.
Donate
The in-app donate portal opens https://victoryinc.world/donate in the app and in Safari. No payment form is collected inside Victory Intelligence. Donate is not a capture route.
Network permissions
The app may use local-network access so it can reach Spark on your LAN. It does not require that permission unless you use Spark network.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If the app’s behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page. Questions: privacy@victoryinc.world.
